Saddle up...lock and load.So far it sounds more like a vanity project for Patrick Stewart (which is what I feared it would be) rather than some type of closure story for Picard. I look forward to seeing him driving wildly around in a jeep.

Propaganda. We know Federation is at its core very socialist. What's socialism without some good old propagandaTNG Picard: Humanity is evolved in the 24th century!

It jibes with Trekmovie's character descriptions for the 2 cast characters

I wasn't looking too closely and thought it said "Eva Longoria" at first.Evan Evagora Joins Picard Show As Series Regular
Based on how young he is I would guess that he's playing the young Romulan character, K'Bar

Everyone should be like those far-future people from South Park, where everyone has homogenised into one race of bald humans with darkish skin.I've noticed that all of the three casting announcements to date are of multiracial actors. This is a damn good thing, because one of my big criticisms of past casting in the Trekverse is it's hard to portray future humans as being completely post-racist without having a lot of interracial relationships - and interracial people - be the logical result.
I hope this is just a bunch of fanwank BS, because this sounds completely uninteresting to me.
Speak for yourself, I find this concept fascinating.
