I talked with Terry last week and they is nothing, NOTHING in active development. They are working on getting season 3 awards consideration but that’s not even him that’s Paramount HQ/PR.
Star Trek: Picard is over. We all need to let that go. It's joined The Original Series, The Animated Series, The Next Generation, Deep Space Nine, Voyager, and Enterprise on the list of Star Trek series that have finished their run, and that's that.
The question is not if Picard is over -- it's whether Legacy will get made. (And hopefully get a better title.)
