The eyes are those of Nimoy (had to, since Quinto had glasses on in the pic I used; it's very hard to find a pic of a beardless Quinto), but the lower face is all Quinto.

Why do I get the feeling I'm going to have nightmares, now I've seen these? Pegg looks like the German head of State circa 1934-45.
Let's get a photoshop of Pegg that doesn't make him look like Hitler.
There's a certain resemblance, but Hitler has a mustache; Pegg hasn't.
Besides, Scotty (or Doohan in that time period), also resembles Hitler; just look at the pic below. So in that sense, it's logical Pegg does also.
On a sidenote : I tried to give Pegg the same hairdo as Scotty, but I'm betting he's probably not going to have that very same hairdo in the movie.
In fact, Quinto is gonna be most likely the only actor who's gonna have the same hair as his predecessor.
