Will the uniforms change?

No they didn’t. STC was produced in 2013. ENT went off the air in 2005.

Touche.

Then it was Phase II/New Voyages. The thing was Paramount never bothered to return the uniforms they loaned. They went missing when the show went off the air.

IIRC, the old production report from Paramount posted on StarTrek.com back in the day for In a Mirror Darkly said the TOS uniforms worn by the main cast in the episode were tailor made, while the ones worn by the background extras portraying the Defiant's dead crew were taken from Trials and Tribble-Ations.

Do you have a source for this? Because I would think that uniforms made for completely different people would look ill-fitting on the ENT cast (just like the DS9 uniforms did on the TNG cast in Generations), but they all look fine.

The lavender uniforms were paid for with the First Contact budget, DS9 probably only had to make new uniforms for Sisko, Dax, Bashir and O'Brien (Worf got his from FC too), the rest were freebies. So DS9 got all of the First Contact uniforms and Voyager got all of the DS9 uniforms, it was a win for both shows, had they made new DS9/Voyager uniforms the money for that would have come out their budgets.
This is not 100% correct. The hero uniforms for DS9 post rapture are not the precisely same design as the hero FC uniforms.*
Each actor needed their costume tailored individually and there were some subtle design changes, probably because it was easier to produce than the movie costumes.

What DS9 got for free was basically the pattern and design work which was all part of the FC prepoduction costs. I'm sure there was some costume sharing going on, especially for the background performers, but they didn't just inherit the hero costumes wholesale.

*to be fair, most of the changes would be practically invisible on SD screens, and it's mostly in the fine detailing.

I thought it was a Trekyards episode with James Cawley, however the only thing that a quick Google search pulled up is:

"Pieces of the sets, and some of the costumes, have been borrowed by Paramount for their Enterprise series."
