PG Porn!

That was pretty good. Aria is (or at least was) a model for Mystique magazine.
This is the first thing I've seen her do outside of magazines.

 Holy crap! Who's Aria Giovanni???
!?!? You really think she looks good? I know like like plainer looking girls, but I really can't stand the look of her..

Well, considering what line of work she's in according to a few people in this thread, she doesn't look coked-out with a dozen plastic surgeries, tattoos up and down her body and a bad dye job. She's also got a healthy-sized body with real curves (as in normal -- not fat, not a stick) and an exotic look to her.

It's hilarious. Down to the bad "VHS" static grain playing over the screen. I didn't see the ending coming either. :)

I see the point about nudity being a no-no, yet strong violence is ok. But not sure I'd agree about the misogyny angle

Being an imitation of porn, of course there are "misogynistic angles". At the same time, her analysis is flawed. In missing out on the joke, she proves she doesn't understand, even if some of her commentary is on the mark.

The suggestion that porn = misogyny doesn't wash with me, even when it's being parodied.

"I'll admit, I didn't recognize her without a dick in her mouth."

Thanks for the laugh.

I found it to be funny, and strange seeing Nathan acting acting bad (yes, twice the word acting). I just finished Firefly for the first time and have to say, this comes close to a very bad sequel at least. Now where's the rest of the crew?

SPOILER
PS: I like the irony, that porn is R rated, but this is rated PG. Here you can see someone getting offed in pretty fucked up way, and children could see it too (with their parents of course), but seeing two people fuck is R rated. Hmm. Maybe it has to do that one is real and the other one is acted, even if the real is acted too (except the part with the bodily fluids).
Um, no. Softcore porn is X rated and hardcore porn is XXX rated.

Um, no.

'XXX' is not a real MPAA rating. It was invented by the adult film industry.

'X' was the original MPAA rating for any film that included material that was judged unsuitable for minors--typically, explicit sex or extreme violence. Robocop, for example, was originally rated X for violence: the director was forced to re-cut it to get it down to an R.

But over time, people came to associate "rated X" strictly with porn. So the MPAA replaced the X rating with the NC-17 rating in 1990.

As a consequence, there are no truly X-rated films any more.

Not exactly. There used to be "X", "XX", and then "XXX". Yes, some films would receive an "X" rating on the original cut, which would scare film makers to pare it back to "R" because "X" is a death kiss where people think the film is highly sexual. To alleviate that fear, the "NC-17" rating was established. I still remember the old rating posters displayed in the movie theater lobby that explained each rating in the system (long before PG-13), and the "X" ratings were defined. BTW - Are you familiar with the movie, The Last Tango in Paris?
