I call this "Brown Trousers Time" :D

^ What, like a bad hair day? ;) (Yeah, I had to, sorry. :D)

And I do like that newest kitbash. Now, if only you could move the nacelles forward some more, then it would be perfect. Right now it looks just a little unbalanced, the way they are sticking out back.

I tried that, but it did not look that good, especially from a structural point of view, since the pods looked like they were going to either break off or sag downwards, since three quarters of the pod was ahead of the strut.

And for the Stargazer, I think I'm gonna use it as the ship for my crew....you know, the ship gets a complete fixing, some new stuff is put in and gets a new lick of paint....and the ship's given a new life, as it were. I mean it's just the right type for a deep space exploration mission.

makes sence IMHO and cool to see the old ship still being used after 2364 :) :techman:

Why throw away a good ship? Especially after Bok went to so much trouble making it work again. :D And a DS9 episode, I think, mentioned the Excelsior, it's possible the original one is still kicking.

Yep according to my various Trek ship sources that Excelsior was indeed NCC-2000 Excelsior :) :techman:

I was pondering weather to give the crew the Stargazer or the Excelsior. Here's some more pretty shots.

Cassy and her robot companion on the bridge of her small, personal ship. I figured whatever small ship she will have in my stories, make the bridge itself small. And this one makes sense, since the ship's supposed to be an old one.

Here's one for a story I have in mind. The crew comes to an area of space that has been where several ships have disappeared in the past decade or so. While investigating, they pick up a distress call from a science vessel being chased by some creature, about as big the the ship itself. The newly refurnished Stargazer is going to give chase to the creature chasing the science ship. And I call the picture, "Beware, I live!" ;)

Next time, I might try doing this picture, but with Cassy's own ship following the monster.....though I still am debating what her personal ship is.

Wanted to try more complex shots and poses, so here's some of Cassy in the gym.

After having cleaned up and changed, Cassy is manning the captain's chair for the evening, with first officer Zeg in the background. He's supposed to man the captain's chair, but he can't fit in the captain's chair.
