I scratch built it, disassembled it, made molds of all the pieces and then cast them all to build it in resin parts.
I even managed to shoehorn in a working screen.

Thank you, knowthyself. Much appreciated.
Its no great shakes I'm afraid. I use digital photo keyrings. The pictures are all variations of the same image. Just a light on or off so to speak. When loaded onto the key chain, I set the slideshow to 1 second intervals and the bulk of the image seems to stay there whilst buttons appear to light up and go out. If it wasn't that simple, I wouldn't be able to do it. Lol!
Im currently constructing the NX-01 bridge and the 1701 TOS bridge (both in 1:10 scale) but a 1701-E bridge could be on the cards at some stage in the near future. Along with a TOS 1:10 scale Gallileo shuttle with full interior. The DS9 Defiant bridge etc etc etc......Just a question of finding the time....anyway, i hope that answers your questions
best regards,
Darren
Wow, this is really, really cool.
Functioning screen? Freakin' awesome. Even though the solution is really simple, it's really clever. I'm a fan.
Maybe we need to get in touch with you for some Pacific 201 miniature sets we're considering building.![]()
Wow, that looked so good when I initially saw it I just assumed you managed to get a hold of a prototype. But you made it yourself. Excellent work! The screen was a nice touch.
