It's the end of the galaxy and they know it and Jean-Luc Picard feels fine.

"We have to help her" - Picard to Riker.
I for one do not think Riker would reject Picard. Ever.
So, at some point, somehow, Riker will help Picard within Season 1. Maybe taking Titan out of mothballs, maybe taking Enterprise-E out of mothballs. But Riker is going to come to Picards rescue. I guarantee it

Back during disco season 2 frakes mentioned in an interview that he had lost weight, my guess at the time was because he had a new uniform to fit into. So I concur Riker is going to bail out Picard at the end of the season either in the titan or the enterprise

I'll take a Galaxy class with a Phaser Lance (ala AGT), or Enterprise-E (refit?!) or never before seen Titan.

I bet people are reluctant to help Picard because of the syndrome he had in All Good Things... he’s probably asking starfleet, his friends etc for help and everyone thinks he’s hallucinating. Maybe that’s how he ends up with a rag tag team of ex borg who have a connection with him, know him as Locutus (an ex leader in a way) and are more willing to help?

Hopefully the Titan looks completely different than that design made for Pocket Books.

It will either be USS Enterprise NCC-1701-D2: ELECTRIC BUGALOO or USS ENTERPRISE NCC-1701-D2: FIRST BLOOD PT 2

Since books are not canon anyway, and if they wanted to use that specific design, then they'd have to pay royalties to its designer. So, if we ever even see it, USS Titan would be completely different model than the one in the books.

But will Picard even suffer from that syndrome because it was only a possible future where he had it.

Hopefully they never mention that syndrome at all and it's a non-factor in Picard

Also, Troi is seen in two different outfits (one pink, one blue) so there are at least two scenes with her (and Riker too hopefully)

Oh God, I hope not. TPTB wouldn't throw us another Valentine like that, would they?!?
I'm sad, because there is a non-zero chance they would use Discovery...

They have mention numerous times this is going to be a very different type of show and story and one shouldn't at all be looking for a recreation of TNG or 90s Trek. It's not at all surprising that like Discovery the show itself or many episodes will get the TV-MA rating. I imagine the reasoning will differ for each episode as well as I think was the case with Discovery due to the content of the episodes.

I feel like Discovery, Picard will be a show everyone should be able to watch if you can follow along and are okay with what is being shown but it's not at all going to limit itself to try and be accessible to families or a younger audience especially since this isn't a broadcast show. It's a premium streaming show and just because Picard is the lead character (wonder how many people will complain about that this time) doesn't mean it should artificially hold itself back. That's why they're specifically making shows that can be aimed directly at that young or family audience primarily.

I know some are going to be against this. I think some people look back on past Trek with rose colored glasses. Thinking it was more wholesome then it really was. A LOT of it really wasn't. Honestly there are some pretty F'd up stuff that happens in Trek that is surprising it made it to air. TNG season 1 finale alone is an example of this. So the complaints or concerns over the TV-MA rating Discovery got from some people never felt genuine. I don't think it's going to feel genuine here either if and when people complain about Picard.
