NFL 2021 season - Belichick Strikes Back

Obviously Aaron Rodgers will go to Tampa for a couple years, get one ring, then retire.

Then Andrew Luck will come out of retirement, go to Tampa, play for a couple years, win a ring, then retire again.

Then it'll be Ryan Tannehill's turn.

It's happening!!!!

As a long-time Brady Hater, I couldn't be happier.

But to be honest, the last two years with the Bucs have really made me much more sanguine towards him... and you can't help but respect the man's legacy and his amazing career.

It's kind of insane that he outlasted all of the 2004 quarterback class stars.

Mmm... I'm thinking he may go to Denver with Hackett. Been a lot of buzz about that very thing amongst the local news sites there.

Chiefs cut cornerback Damon Arnette after a gun and drug arrest. It was just a futures contract, so no big deal for the team.

Sources say the Vikings want to interview Jim Harbaugh.

I know this is old news (and out of left field) but can somebody enlighten me about the circumstances by which the Rams left St. Louis? As I understand the situation, it basically went down like this:

Rams: St. Louis, build us a new stadium or we'll move.

St. Louis: Builds a new stadium. (the Edward Jones Dome)

Rams: We're leaving anyway.

So have I got the basic thrust of the gist?

They had been playing in the Edward Jones Dome for 20 years. St. Louis offered to build a stadium, but Kronke was always going to take the Rams back to LA.

Crap, you're right. I totally forgot how old the Dome was. My bad. :alienblush:

Still, though, screw the Rams. For this, AND for having a scorpion up their ass about SoFi Stadium being overrun with 49ers fans.

I like the Bengals core, but Chiefs 37-23.
