Top ten or twenty. It is hard to ignore all the rules changes when grading passers from the past with those currently playing.

Unexpected. Shahid Khan has been pretty open about wanting to move the team there and get his pretty new stadium (basically wanting to get a facelift on Wembley, but openly campaigning for a new joint somewhere).

Moving a team across an ocean will be an expensive thing for the NFL. Teams flying about the globe during the week will screw them up, I don't see how the NFL would allow this. Canada and Mexico I could see, but not really anywhere else.
