^good

That Packers defense is sleeping. They should have stopped the QB from scoring easily. He wasn't that aggressive or fast.

No. I think they look less aggressive than they were last week. I think the Packers just ran out of gas.
They only looked good when the young rusty Cowboys came out of the gate slow. The Cowboys dominated the 2nd half of that game.

I have to say, I'm enjoying this.

Maybe after this shitshow the Packers will finally get rid of McCarthy. Probably not, though.

Firing McCarthy after ripping off eight consecutive wins and making it to the conference championship would be a kneejerk reaction not seen since the Chargers sacked Schottenheimer after he went 14 - 2. I expect that Capers' seat is moving from warm to toasty, though. Seems I was right earlier this week about the Packers' defense just not being up to keeping pace with the Falcons' offense.

Capers will more than likely be gone, yes, and he should be, but McCarthy is part of the problem, too. I don't know how much credit he really deserves for riding Rodgers' godliness to eight straight wins and an NFC championship game appearance.

That's a lot of gas to go through ;), but I'll be glad to see the Packers and Mister Marvelous go away. 44-21 now, under 7 minutes.

Rodgers certainly played out of his mind down the stretch, but a coach has to get some credit for going from 4 - 6 to the conference championship, particularly when the starting cornerbacks were a traffic cone and one of those flailing tube guys they have at used car dealers.

Is Al Harrington involved in the draft?

Oh, we do. I'll just put it there.

The Steelers weren't prepared to play on the defensive side of the ball. Good Lord, just sit back in that zone and watch Tom pic you apart.

Receivers dropping well thrown balls, not running a qb sneak on the 6 inch line, AB not turning up the damn field when he catches the ball....

I could go on, but the theme remains true. Again, Tomlin's team wasn't ready. You could tell when they ran out on the field.

I really don't understand what pass interference or face guarding is in the NFL.

Congrats Pat's. You were the better team.

Should be a good Superbowl.

Losing Bell early in the game didn't help the Steelers much either...

Losing Bell didn't HELP, but Williams did more than a fair job filling in. not sure how much more would have been expected from Bell. Pats were content to let them run a bit anyway, and just bit down on any big play from burning them (so doubled AB all night).

Mostly, just looked like Tomlin couldn't figure out that Chris Hogan didn't play Safety for the Steelers. he was pretty content to just let him hang out back there with the other guys, had half the end zone to himself at one point. crazy. Tomlin is just not a very good coach, been saying that for a long time. Not sure what the game plan was supposed to be (aside from pumped up yelling and jumping), but didn't seem like they had much of a plan, or reacted to anything the Pats were doing. They were still in it at the half, and came out with the ball, but it just got away from them.

Pats/Falcons could be a good game, that offense was pretty scary yesterday. Not sure how much of it was them, how much was the Packers mailing it in, but yikes. We'll see how it goes. Guess this is ONE way to get Goodell to come to see a Patriots game! Still hoping we get to finish this season by making Roger hand Brady the trophy :D
