I could certainly see Berlanti Productions going for that in principle, but it'd be a challenge for the budget.
True, though their VFX department probably already accumulated a rather big catalogue of CGI stuff over the years and across all shows that could probably be reused and greenified if needed...
Plus, they don't have to make the supersuits animated.
I would expect such a sci-fi laden show as Green Lantern to have a smaller episode count ala Legends of Tomorrow for budgetary reasons.

If you mean for ring constructs, sure. I imagine that a number of Vixen's ashe forms were modified from pre-existing creature models like Grodd and the T. rex. But I was thinking more in terms of the expenses involved in creating a show set in space and on alien planets-of-the-week -- all the alien makeups and unearthly sets and locations, that sort of thing. They'd probably need to follow the lead of Green Lantern: The Animated Series and contrive some excuse for the Lanterns to use a starship so they'd have permanent standing sets to shoot on (the economy of reusing a digital "set" is similar to that of reusing a physical one -- less need to "build" new locations every week). Or else they'd have to set the show mostly on Earth with only occasional visits to space, which is in keeping with the early comics, but kind of a wasted opportunity for a Green Lantern show.
Green Lantern: The Animated Series is one of the greatest space operas I've ever seen. I always felt like it could be a legit sci fi show. It had the perfect blending of ongoing story arcs, worldbuilding and story-of-the-weeks. True character progression and character arcs and depth and capped with a nice ending and a couple unique new characters. It gave the sense of the whole greater GL Universe around it. I loved the Alan Scott and John Stewart references. Awesome show!
I'm a little surprised we haven't already had a cameo by some reporter named Jack Ryder on a TV screen somewhere. Apparently there's never been a live-action portrayal of the character.
I could see the Creeper working well as a supporting character on Batwoman.
The Question.
Apparently the Question is off-limits to the Arrowverse because the DC film division has plans for him. Although it's unclear whether that applies just to Vic Sage or to Renee Montoya as well. Anyway, Hub City definitely exists on Earth-1, having been visited in both Arrow and Legends.
I thoroughly enjoyed it.
I hate sounding like a broken record, but the fact that DC may be looking at using The Question in films means absolutely nothing with regards to the character's availability for television.
Still waiting for those Green Lantern, Booster Gold and Blue Beetle movie appearances..... ;p

He's a myth.
Character access is determined on a case-by-case basis, not by whether or not a character or set of characters has been "earmarked" to appear in a film. This has been repeatedly confirmed, and yet somehow the myth that there is some all-encompassing "films only" embargo on certain characters just won't go away.
Isn't that a bit of spitting hairs, with the fact that some of these characters were determined, on a case-by-case basis, not to be available, because the movie people had plans for them?
