News Next Arrowverse Crossover to Include Batwoman

If Constantine doesn’t somehow crossover with the upcoming Swamp Thing show I’ll be disappointed, especially after he all but namechecked him on Legends.

He will--but it'll be the Keanu Reeves version.:shifty:

DO you think we will ever see the Wonder Twins on any of the shows? I kind of liked them on "Smallville" and they are one of the few characters I knew from the comics when all of this comic book stuff really started to take off.

If we're finally talking about the episode again one odd thing I noticed is that during the final fight in the third part they had J'onn saving people from fire, which just seemed like an odd choice... I guess fire is the cheapest effect they could cgi in there, but couldn't they have just chucked a bucket of foam rocks on them or something.
Here's another head scratcher...Bad Cisco portals himself, Barry and Ollie to the Earth 38 Fortress of Solitude. Which none of them should know existed!!! And he shouldn't have able to 'vibe' it's location since Kara wasn't there for him to hone in on.

[nerd explanation]Well, J'onn is vulnerable to Earth-38 fire, not Earth-1 fire--just like Superman is only vulnerable to Kryptonite from his own universe, as seen in Issue 54, Vol. 3, of Superman in 198...wait, wait...waaaiiiitt. I wasn't finis....[/nerd explanation] ;)

..or Showrunner 'splaining. J'onn was not really needed there at all, TBH.

It's never been made clear how breachers are able to target their destinations (besides plot convenience), but it does seem to be connected to vibing people and homing in on their locations. I'd assume that "Mister Ramon" was able to vibe-ically sense Barry and Oliver's memories of Superman and use them to home in on him. Although it took them 17 tries, so I wonder where the first 16 took them.

Speaking of plot convenience, it seemed a little contrived for the sake of the crossover that when Barry thought of contacting someone on another Earth to confirm their identities, his first thought was to find Supergirl rather than to contact one of the various Wellses they know, or Jesse Quick or Jay Garrick. I suppose maybe he was thinking that anything that could rewrite reality might be a big enough threat to require her help, but really, if it was an issue with an altered timeline, you'd think his first thought would be to turn to a speedster or a Wells, since they have experience with such things. So the rationale behind the team-up was a little flimsy. (Although I guess no more so than the question of how Deegan ended up switching the Flash with the Green Arrow instead of with himself.)

Where are all the aliens in Earth-1 anyway? You could see that maybe there's no Superman/Supergirl if Krypton was saved or destroyed later or their pods are delayed for some reason... Maybe Kal-El is there already and still a kid having arrived later.

But all those alien species on Earth-38 and we've only seen just what the Dominators on Earth-1. We now have confirmation that other Earth-38 people exist on Earth-1 like Alex. So the worlds are even more similar, but that lack of aliens thing is the huge difference. Could there be some kind of shield/barrier around the Earth-1 solar system or planet itself that has kept it concealed from most other alien races? Not sure how the Dominators are the only ones then who discovered it.

If Krypton didn't blow up then maybe the poltics out in space is different. What I am curious is why are their so many on earth 38. What is it about earth that appealed to them to come as opposed to another planet. Are there not other civilizations out there even more advanced than earth that might have been more appealing. I mean humans haven't really even developed space travel unless you happen to be Superman or Supergirl it seems.

Were any of the SG regulars?

One might be able to argue in Brainy's favor, but the rest...not so much to not at all.

Depending on which Superman story or film adaptation you refer to, earth was the nearest "neighbor" with an atmosphere/environment compatible with that of Krypton. Even for a superhero/sci-fi creation like Superman, it took some early restraint to suggest (correctly) that there were not endless earth-like planets in the universe. It only adds to the strength of Superman & Supergirl's ability to have deep roots on their adopted world.

Maybe they'll introduce a third version, also played by Matt ryan, but unrelated to the versions he plays/ed in his show, Legends, Justice League Dark and the webseries/animated movie.

Maybe they aren't there because there is no Superman, he could have brought Earth-38 to the rest of that universe's attention, and without him there, nobody offworld, other than the Dominators, knows Earth-1 one exists, or at least cares enough to go there.
