new trailer for Moon out

Cool! That looks like it will be one of the two or three movies per year that motivate my ass into the theater. :rommie: So that's two so far in 2009...

One nitpick, why would a company send up one person for a three year trip. It seems to me it would be better to have company and help pass the time if there is at least two people at a time.

Cost more? If one person could do the job, why pay for two?

I'm assuming it will cost a hell of a lot of pay to send somebody for the moon for three years. Also assuming this person needs to be trained, good education, etc.. And not just any old bum off the street.

Does anyone else think that Sam Rockwell is doing the world's best Joel Robinson impression in the first half of the trailer? he even has a robot friend!

Oh, MST3K.

Funny, but I actually thought it was Christian Bale for a split second.

Looks interesting. I'm in. I'll probably have to drive to Atlanta to see it though. They don't show anything around here that's not for the teenage or redneck masses.

Cost more yes, but I would think for the mental health of the person you would send up two. What happens if you're employee goes crazy since up there alone.

It wouldn't be the first time the bottom line came at the expense of an employee's well-being.

I've seen speculation on line that he's a clone and just doesn't know it...

Now, are they going to be showing star trek near you?:vulcan:

That's a really convincing mis en scene (I think that's the teminology I'm looking for) for the moon. Looks excellent.
