That was a fun campaign.
I got a bit emotional when I watched this video - especially when Andy Robinson was talking about his 39 episodes leading to that moment he was in filming that video. He seems like a really nice bloke.
I've backed a few crowdfunding projects, mostly Kickstarters for board games, but this was by far the most fun. That is how you run a quality campaign.
Absolutely. I've done a handful of Kickstarter and Indiegogo campaigns but this is certainly the one I've had the most fun with and by far the one I've been the most committed to (although I was also very committed to the Dresden Codak campaign). I think a large part of it, beyond all of the perks, is how interested so many of the cast members are with this campaign. That alone raised a lot of credibility for it.That is how you run a quality campaign. Someone a few pages back mentioned the positivity in this thread and through this campaign it's so true. There was a ton of positivity with this, and just watching it grow was a whole lot of fun. I'm really excited for this documentary and seeing more promo material leading up to it's release next February.
I think it got lost in the flurry of activity, but the documentary makers also reached out to the guys behind the DS9 "Blu-ray trailers". TBD.
There is a season three version as well.
