She retweeted the BBC's image then posted that photo; so clearly would have to know the reaction it would generate.
The link is now gone - but I saw it on Twitter a few seconds before I saw your post and it’s gone from that link too. Has someone jumped the gun?

The 10th and Donna were my favorite doctor/companion pairing, so I’m so excited that we’re going to get to see them in action again! What a gift!
I think a lot of people haven't realised yet what an enormous stroke of luck 'Doctor Who' has had getting Ncuti right as he's on the cusp of becoming a massive star. He's spent the weekend hanging out with some of the most famous people in the world at the front row of Prada's big fashion show, something I can't imagine any of the past Doctors getting an invite to.
The downside is I can't see him hanging around too long with Hollywood knocking on his door. (Actually they've already knocked, since he's currently staring in a movie with Margot Robbie, Ryan Gosling and a host of others.)
Oh, and I don't know what he's going to be wearing as the Doctor but I know it's going to be fabulous.

He'll undoubtedly have the most radical outfit since The Sixth Doctor. I can't wait to see it.

I can hardly wait to see Doctor Who again, its been too long, 3 years too long; the more I read the more I am stoked about what Davies has instore for the franchise.
^^Ditto, and everything i see happening on the run up to RTD returning with the show looks great, so now we just need someone to leak the new version of the theme and also some leaked images of new tardis desktop theme. :-)
Ncuti could possibly carry off Peter Anghelides' Future Doctor ensemble of Afghan coat, bracelets, mustard yellow knitted waistcoat... but not the ginger curly hair.
