Game Name That Star Trek CHARACTER

Salish from "Paradise Syndrome"?

1. No one listens to his claims that Kirok is not a god.
2. He does not have the experience of his father or other previous medicine men, but he gave a good fight to Kirok, even though he lost.
3. He does not even know about the final frontier.

Spot on Sir! Well done!

I'd also add for Clue # 1 that Scotty dismisses Mira's claim about seeing future events, and that her feelings about the situation are simply based on getting used to space. Out of everyone, he is probably the one who doesn't listen the most, since he is besotted with her.

The game is yours ;)

Thank you. Good clues, by the way.

Clue #1 I'm one of the few Star Trek characters of this job classification not wearing a red shirt. But, why should I? I'm not in the Star Fleet.

Nomad?
1. A son Kirk could be proud of; not only did he improve the warp drive in engineering, he'd also make a great doctor. Additionally, he did not come from Starfleet, rather he was launched by NASA.

Good answers, but we have not ID'd the correct character.

Clue #2 I thought I got enough sleep last night.

Tomar?
1. He's the Kelvan engineer in their group.
2. He finally passed out before Scotty.

No, not Tomar, but I raise a glass of green liquor to your good guess.

Clue #3 I should have listened to my mother and became an engineer. I'm surrounded by them daily and can see that their job is more interesting than mine.

KHAAAN!
1. Says he sort of an engineer (odd, but later in the show he actually wears a red uniform?)
2. Feigns tiredness a couple of times.
3. ?

Sorry, Khaaan is not the character to be ID'd .

Clue #4 If not for a name tag I would be destined to spend eternity as a nameless Star Trek character.

M-5?
1. He handles his own security, so, no security is needed.
2. He's not up for the challenge to control the Enterprise. He never sleeps, anyway.
3. He's installed in Engineering and takes over the engineers' jobs.
4. His name tag reads, "M-5" (see photo).

Very creative answer Henoch, and I never noticed the machine nameplate before. Alas, M-5 was certain to live on in infamy and certainly with a name, even without a name tag.

Clue #5 I find it very ironic that you all are trying to ID me when part of my job is to ID others.

Sergeant Lipton?
1. He's in security, but doesn't wear a red shirt. Also, he's not in Star Fleet.
2. Gary Seven tells him to take a nap.
3. He's distracted watching the NASA engineers run flight operations and takes his eye off his prisoners, Kirk and Spock.
4. Gary Seven reads his name tag.
5. As part of security, it is his job to ID personnel on base. He falls for Gary Seven's fake ID.

The globe is full of gray matter and not just a light bulb.
I plan to get more colorful as the Christmas season approaches.

Due to my planned absence from the site over the Thanksgiving Holiday, I hope to make this a quick handoff:
1st Clue: This character comes off as more religious than his colleague.

Captain Tracey? He incites fear that Spock is cast out from Heaven, and that he believes in the Yang's God. Kirk, however, says they are all just men...
