Correct! Great job, MF!
1. I do like to keep everyone on a regimen.
"You're tired; go to sleep."
2. You haven't met these guys yet - and as far as you know neither have I - but my guys dig their referrals.
Not meant to be a dispositive clue in and of itself, this refers to the Borg. Mister Seven's name sounds like it might have had some Borg influence behind it. Perhaps his hidden sponsors were fans.
3. Go ask Alice. That won't work.
Along with the Alice androids, G7 is the only person in the entire run of the series who successfully resists Spock's nerve pinch - which was even effective against one of Khan's men and the Vians, among others.
4. Mightier than the sword?
The Enterprise's crack security staff leaves G7 armed with the Servo - disguised, of course, as a pen.
5. Do I have to go out on a limb here?
Mister Seven spends quite a bit of time on the rocket gantry looking very much like someone out on a tree branch. He even has a cat with him.

6. Like a poor QB, intercepted twice, but the second "pick" was actually a good thing for my offense.
"Why have you intercepted me?" and later, "You must have intercepted the Enterprise trying to beam me on board." But from Seven's perspective, the second occasion was a positive.
7. Impressed? You should have seen the first three. Or the next three after that.
Trying here to get at the "seven" part of the equation . . . .
8. I don't see much of the ship.
Refreshingly, Seven doesn't take over the bridge or some nonsense. It's sort of implied that he was unconscious in Sickbay, so it may well be that all he sees is the transporter room, the brig, and the spaces in between.
9. I (well, we) beam in to some iconic music.
One of my favorite uses of the sinister and percussive "da-da-da-DUNNNNNNN. Dunnnnn. Da-da-da-da-dunnnnnn" cue in the series occurs as Seven stands on the transporter platform with Isis. This is followed by some great dialogue and then a terrific fight.
10. I like pets. Well, "pets."
Isis.
11. McCoy tells a lot of people they're a great specimen. But in this case, I don't seem to be awake for that announcement.
McCoy loves to rave about aliens' bods. He does it to Khan, Lokai, and here Seven.
12. Although on that last clue, he doesn't use the word specimen for a change, but he takes time to like my bod during his small part in this unusual installment.
Going for broke here . . . I figured McCoy having a small part and the episode being "unusual" would break the dam.
Good job, guessers. Sorry if it was too cryptic, but I quite enjoyed it.

Mister MF, you have the conn.
