Game Name That Star Trek CHARACTER

WOW!!!! Now *that* is impressive. Correct in all respects, SPB!! Plus while Spock exchanges some dialogue with Marplon, he doesn't really say much to Reger. Nice job! Festival for you! Festival!!

Nice job! Festival for you! Festival!!
Thank you. I will try to behave better than Bilar when I attend festival.

Clue #1 Speaking about being between a rock and a hard place; in one episode, Kirk thought this character was one end piece in that metaphor. In name, that is a bit of an exaggeration, but in terms of neck pressure, it is no exaggeration at all.

Sorry, Yarnek is not the end piece in the metaphor. Perhaps if it were he, I would say, "Kirk and Spock were between a rock and a hot place".

Clue #2 This character is a hard man, but not so literally as Yarnek. Kirk found him annoying, like a pebble in his shoe, but not so big as the lovably-large rock creature. In a sense, he was between the two, but the weight he controlled was more concerning to Kirk than that of all the rocks of Excalbia.

Is it this huggy bear?

He doesn't look to be in a "hugging" mood. He certainly was inclined to throw his disciplinary weight around once the time was up, even at the cost of the seven lives. But, it's not him.

Clue #3 Even though Kirk did not have pencil and paper, this character said Kirk would be drawing something.

I see you are standing while you make that clever guess. But, I seriously suggest you reseat yourself without moving a muscle of either hand.

Clue #4 This character does not live in a glass house, but he should still be careful when he accuses another.

Commodore Stone in Court Martial.

I just need to finalize the explanation for the clues.

1) Rock and a hard place - Stone
2) Weight he controlled - Commodore of Starbase
3) Kirk would be drawing a Court Martial
4) Accused Kirk of negligence but was wrong.

Yes MarsWeeps! You got it. There was also some reference to Stone's comment, "The whole disciplinary weight of Starfleet command is going to lie right on your neck.". And also, "those in glass houses should not throw stones" was thrown in for good measure.

Your turn.

I'm going to have to sleep on it. Have a few ideas but need to figure out how to make the clues more cryptic.

Sleep didn't help - can't think of one at the moment - if someone else wants to go instead, that's fine.

Clue 1
It's about time that Kirk and company encountered a character that left them with so many questions.

^ Good guess but not the one I was thinking of.

Clue 2
This character has a difficult job, where attention to detail is very important. He might even be referred to as a "Numbers man."
