You are killed with a flux coupler.
YES! YES! YES! WE HAVE A WINNER!!!
Here are the explanations...
1. Not in the mood today... At the end, O'Brien and Bashir don't feel like playing their weekly darts game.
2. The same, but different... Goran'agar said he and the others ate the same things from the planet, yet they still have the White addiction.
3. Destroying can save lives... O'Brien destroys Bashir's research because he felt it was the only way to save his life.
4. As far as we know, a one of a kind... We know of no other Jem'Hadar not addicted to the White.
5. A difficult adjustment... Worf finds it difficult to just let Odo do his job, and he gets the middleman but Odo wanted to get his supplier, which Worf prevented when he arrested the dealer.
6. A ship with some modifications... The Second comments that the runabout is a standard Danube class with modifications to the weapons and shields.
7. An explanation is apparently needed... Goran'agar tells O'Brien to explain to Bashir why he must stay at the end.
8. An old habit... Worf's security mindset is at the front here, having been security chief for 7 years.
9. A random bit of technobabble heard here is used again in the next two aired episodes... A magneton pulse/signature is mentioned here, then in "INDISCRETION" and "REJOINED".
10. The events of this episode are referenced in a later season... Bashir trying to cure the addiction is referenced in "INQUISITION", 2 and a half years later.
11. Mission failed, sort of... Odo's infiltration into the smuggling ring failed due to Worf's interference, but he did get the middleman.
12. Silver does not come out looking golden... Worf, who wears his silver baldric, did not really come out at the end as a winner, given how he botched up Odo's mission.
13. Not killing for pleasure, but because it is necessary... Goran'agar stayed to kill his team because he got them there, and it's a better fate than what was in store for them with Ketracel White withdrawal.
14. I didn't let you forget this... Odo reminded Quark about the scanner as he was trying to walk away with it, clearly hoping he could use it in the future.
15. A controversial place to work... O'Brien tells Bashir that Keiko had a big problem with him setting up a workshop in their bedroom.
16. This target will be taken care of first... Goran'agar says O'Brien is a priority target and will be killed first.
17. This group of people struggles at first... Sisko tells Worf that Starfleet officers find it difficult to learn the unofficial rules of the station.
18. Not a good file... Quark tells Worf the mugshot file is of poor quality.
19. We must remain hidden... Goran'agar tells his soldiers to mask their signature better once they find out Bashir and O'Brien detected theirs.
20. Insincere compliment... While working together in the lab, Bashir tells O'Brien, out loud as a diversion, he'll make a fine officer one day.
21. Warriors, even when crazy... The Jem'Hadar are a warrior, soldier species, even when they are suffering from Ketracel White withdrawal... we already see the Second at the end of the episode showing those signs.
22. You might have never needed it... Bashir theorizes Goran'agar never needed the drug, that he was a random mutation.
23. You are trained to feel this way... Goran'agar says Federation doctors are trained to feel compassion and sympathy.
24. A horrible scent... Bashir says the place smells like a garbage dump.
25. After gold becomes red... This episode takes place shortly after Worf switches from security to command.
26. Standing in pain... Goran'agar has several of his men stand in front of Bashir, in pain from the withdrawal.
This has to be a record amount of clues for an episode, on any of the series' games. I was truly running out of ideas for clues. This was actually the most difficult game I have done. Thank you, Tosk, for relieving my mind.
The game is to you.
