The first clue: Quark lies to a Starfleet officer for a good cause. When Bashir wanted to use the holodeck to go to Vic's, Quark lied to Bashier about all of the Holodecks being taken all night because Odo was using Bashir's new program to obtain romantic advice from Vic to win Kira's love.
The Second Clue: When in the elevator with Jadzia, Bashir informs her that Kira will be another couple of days on Bajor with Shakaar Jadzia says: Oh, my, Odo is going to be devastated or something to that effect. Bashir says: What does it have to do with him. Jadzia replies, in a sad tone: Nothing. Nothing at all.
The other clues had to do with smoking and as far as I know, the only time that they showed people smoking was in Vic's bar.
