Name That Episode, DS9 Edition...

I forget the name of it. Kira is replaced on the station by the reluctant Bajorian hero that she saved from a Kardashian labor camp and is then kidnapped by the Circle folks.

Ruined food, and somebody serving who is not working.

Let He Who Is Without Sin?

Still all I've got is a vague idea of a scene where Quark expects Leeta to serve food at some occasion where she should be having fun.

^Well done, Jirin!

Clue#1 is due to Leeta serving drinks on the runabout on the trip to Risa. (She happily does it for everyone but Quark, to whom she says "Get it yourself, I'm on vacation.")
Clue#2 is for when Quark mentions that the reason for the guests not liking the food is because of the humidity, it makes the food mushy.

You're up. :)

Next clue is a musical clue.
The Band - Long Black Veil

This time if you haven't heard it it only takes three minutes. :) Let me know if anyone does not have some kind of streaming access to it, I can post the lyrics.

Correct, got that one fast. :)
"The judge said son, what is your alibi
If you were somewhere else then you don't have to die
I spoke not a word, though it meant my life
I had been in the arms of my best friend's wife

Image In The Sand: Sisko is stabbed because he doesn't understand ancient Bajoran and the guy maybe told him that he was about to stab him!!!

@Discofan great job!

Clue 1: Sisko plays Thelonious Monk's jazz standard, Round Midnight.

Clue 2: Maybe if Sisko knew ancient Bajoran better, he may have realized a Pah Wraith cultist was about to attack him.
