I doubt that. Kira clearly proved that they remembered both timelines, which admittedly is weird to the extreme but Q did the same when he changed radically Picard's future yet left everything else pretty much as it was before. So it's a Star Trek thing... when it's about timelines, anything goes.

Funny, I thought it was just Odo looking at Miles and Bashir a funny way and telling them that they seem shorter than usual then Quark concurs and they both run to the infirmary.
