My memory's bad, can anyone help me with this story arc?

Hi, first, just wanted to say thanks to everyone who helped me remember that one story about a base under siege a few weeks back. Now I'm trying to remember a story arc.

The story begins when the Doctor is on an unrelated quest and a character gives him some sort of "prophecy". It's not explained why this character would logically have information about the Doctor's future, and he either doesn't think to ask more questions or can't get a straight answer. As the episodes progress we begin to see subtle (and blatant) hints about what's to come.

Characters write down the words of the prophecy in the background. New and old characters reveal traits that make them seem to be the fulfillment of the prophecy.

I do remember that the end doesn't make as much sense as anyone wanted it to. Does this sound familiar?

Try the Pandorica speech in David Tennant's voice and demeanour as the Tenth Doctor. It comes off great, but really, ferociously angry.
