Saucer looking thing on top, couple of long cylinders in the back attached to a short cylinder on the bottom? Flashy lights? Got it!

After viewing some footage on the restored 11' miniature, I was happy to see I am very close to the actual effect...
Yeah, I think you nailed it. 
The nacelle domes are close, but still feel a bit off.
Sorry to disappoint you...However I am still tweaking the effect.
Not disappointed at all. Yours is truly an incredible work and tribute to the original Enterprise. Just I've yet to see anyone get that nacelle effect "right". Though you are coming really close.

I am curious: Has any of the new info coming out of the restoration gotten you itching to dive back into it? My GOD it's so PRETTY!
Actually I haven't been there yet. I will be going to look her over in the near future. Yes, after viewing the pictures I have been fine tuning my model. I was pleasantly surprised that I had already did similar things to my build, either by blind luck or by my over anxious research!
