I never found Janice Rand appealing, and think Yeoman Colt is exponentially more attractive, and that it is a huge shame that she was passed over on returning to the series, when she was one of the actors that was honestly excited about it.
Then there's Amanda Rogers, who's so pretty, her casting kinda ruins any suspense the episode might have had. Gee, will the woman who already looks like a goddess ascend to Q-godhood? The answer may surprise you!

Not surprising since it was Olivia D'abo who is the first cousin of Maryam D'Abo of Bond movie fame.

Post TNG Amanda Rogers was one of the characters I wanted to see again in another series just to see how she went as far as adapting to being a Q. Shame they never hired the actress again for a later series

Moopsy (the unfree version) is totally adorable.
Her character from Lost in Space... how Don managed to not be taken in is amazing. Heck, I swing both ways and would have stayed solely with her!

Vaal's minions kept distracting me from the episode so there's a start...
Riva's chorus and Riva all intrigued...
Kryton from "Elaan of Troyius" gets an even better view thanks to the lovely blu-ray and you wouldn't have seen all that on a 21" CRT in 1968...
Vena from "The Cage", either beige or especially that emerald green with jet hair and sky blue eyes... I'd put on her leash.
But Noman probably wins this award, even besting all five hundred all identically-programmed Alices. And it's a shame Mudd's male androids weren't dressed in the same semitransparent shower currents - it was 1967, y'all, get groovy! Plus, 23rd century androids all did not run around saying how well they were at it as if they had some reason to boast. You simply know they could!

Coming back to TNG as a (married) adult, I've definitely noticed how becoming Marina Sirtis was. It didn't register back in the day, even when I was a teen, but now...
For Voyager, of course Jeri Ryan and Kate Mulgrew. Ryan is more sexed up than Mulgrew, but IMO the captain ended up much more attractive. Possibly because the outfit isn't trying so hard.
On the other hand, when it comes to outfits: Nichelle Nichols in the midriff-bearing MU uniform. Oh yes.
If we're talking pleasing to look at in general, Worf's getup is crazy cool. The forehead, the sash, the attitude, it's badass. And in modern Trek I do really get a kick out of Pike's hair.

Yeah, both Troi and Crusher had such low-key and maternal vibes, literally so in Crusher's case, that they never felt like potential girlfriends to my kid/teen self. B'Elanna didn't dress provocatively like Troi or Seven, and acted grumpily most of the time, but she at least seemed like she'd enjoy having fun under the right circumstances. If she liked you, she might agree to race holodeck jetskis or motorbikes, whereas Troi would probably rather read a good book by the beach while eating an ice cream sundae.
Crusher was my crush on TNG I liked her over Troi
