MOAR PICS

I have been to Kew more times than I can count, in order to visit the Public Record office (now the National Archives). But for some reason, I have never gotten around to visiting the Botanical Gardens.

That should be some sort of crime. :p It was a serene, beautiful experience, I highly recommend it during your next visit!

Funny--I feel the same way about doing research at the National Archives. ;)

But I will definitely make time for the Gardens this summer. :techman:

It's Mother's Day, and here I am stuck in Philly, hundreds of miles away from my wife and kids. Business trips really suck sometimes, especially since I've been here about a month and a half, just going home every other weekend.

Anyway, even though I've been working the weekends I've been here, I did manage to get out today. Instead of going to the usual tourist spots here, I visited Fort Mifflin, a Revolutionary War era fort that's right next to the airport. I apologize for the bad picture quality, all I have with me is my phone.

Fire!

New pics of Giada! I got to meet her today- sweetest puppy ever!

She licked me half to death. My sister thought that was hilarious.

My sister's other dog, Henry, is a little annoyed with her. But I think he understands that she's a baby and doesn't mean to be a pest.

She's going to get bigger than he is. I wonder what he'll think of that...

But more importantly, is it canon? ;)

I finally got new glasses. Now I won't mistake that funeral home for a liquor store anymore.
