MLB 2022 Season: Houston Warship: Go Phuck Yourselves

Aroldis Chapman misses mandatory workout so the Yankees leave him off the ALDS roster, which he might've been left off of anyway. His return for later rounds is unlikely.

Home run jackets, swag chain, whatever hat the Phillies wear after home runes. All that shit needs to go. The ridiculous bat flips are bad enough.

Bat flips own, just as a pitcher pimping a righteous strikeout after a hard-fought battle owns. Flip the bat into the next county, for all I care; showmanship is part of the game.

Fuck Chapman forever for being a woman-abusing piece of human garbage, but he'll almost certainly have a job next year, just because as a hard-throwing lefty, he's a resource that is always highly desired in baseball.

Sucks that the Mets lost last night, but I can't say I'm surprised. The Padres were clearly the better team in that series.

And now it's THEIR turn to get their asses kicked by the Dodgers.

(What the hell was up with Musgrove, though? Looked like he'd dumped an entire vat of Vaseline on his ear)

I don't even really hate the Astros that much, I just love the city of Seattle and I hope the Mariners can go as far as possible. I'd love a Mariners/Yankees ALCS!

I'm from Houston, I don't hate the Astros. :p

And yes, they cheated, got caught, and didn't get punished enough. I agree with all that. But they're still my home town team, and I very much doubt they're cheating now as they are most likely the most scrutinized team in MLB at this point when it comes to that. Which doesn't rule out using secret NASA gear, they are from Houston you know. There are fans in Houston that refuse to watch them anymore as their sense of baseball purity has been violated. If I was more of a true baseball fan than I am, I'd probably feel the same. But I'm what you'd call a casual baseball fan and I'll watch them a little if they happen to be on TV or in the playoffs. I'm more of an NFL sports fan and for that, I get the Texans. LOL

Why are you pitching to one of the most feared hitters in the game with 2 on? That was some overmanaging to end that game, not to mention Ray served one up right in the middle of the plate.

I really only hate the Astros because of my brother in law and his insufferable attitude towards baseball and football. I hate the Cowboys for similar reasons, and a lot of football now too.

Players cheating is as old as the game itself. The Astros biggest sin was making it a (nearly) teamwide project.

And I completely agree the punishment was lame, but that's on Manfraud. Shoeless Joe and Pete Rose got lifetime bans. The Astros had a finger wagged at them.
