There are too many teams in the playoffs but it's better than the one game series. I had the displeasure of attending the first ever Wild Card game with the infield fly and the trash.

I remember that game. Couldn't believe the ump called infield fly even though 1) the Cardinals outfielders had to run to catch it and 2) they did not in fact catch it!
