Minimum crew required

This is a pretty remedial question, but an ep I watched recently made me think of it :

What's the minimum crew number required in order to keep Voyager running? (Like actually flying, as opposed to just basic function)

Is this ever mentioned anywhere?

I don't think it was specifically mentioned. In workforce three people are handling it.

I think in the short term it can be operated by very few people. Seven and the doctor did everything on their own for a month

In the book "The Garden" by Melissa Scott, B'Elanna mentiones that it takes 75 healthy people to run the ship.

"Year of Hell" part 2 shows how the stuff going more and more wrong with a ship can outpace what 7 people can do to fix it.

But there have been occasions, like at the end of said episode, where Janeway flies the ship by herself just telling the computer what to do.

Well in Year of Hell the ship had been under attack and was already beat up

Well there ya go. I think in a crunch they could survive with fewer. But if you're counting for rotating shifts so people have time to eat and sleep and have the occasional day off, and making sure every department is covered 100 sounds good

And bingo! we have an answer (or answers):

Only one crew member can pilot the ship, if it's essentially just ambling through space at a lower speed with no confrontations or complications and possibly without full functionality.
In "normal" circumstances (i.e. ones in which the ship might have to fire or otherwise defend itself, er, I mean the crew defends themselves) then a minimum of 100 or thereabouts.
