Mickey is going to be in the new JJ Trek '13

I'm pleased that BC is going to be in Trek. I really like him. But yet another Brit as a Hollywood villian? Yawn.
You mean another talented actor as the Villain. I doubt he'll be playing a British character. I really don't see the problem here.

Casting Cumberbatch *so* makes me wish the villain would be the Holo-Moriarty from TNG... Ah, well...

Holy shit, this is probably the first positive thing I've heard about this movie.

Also, holy shit, Noel Clarke is 36? That means he would have been 30 or so when he first showed up on Doctor Who? I thought he was younger, maybe 25 or so in season 1. That is after all, how old Mickey was supposed to be back then, and Clarke looked the age. Huh.

That surprised me too.

I really wished I had liked nuTrek more...

Please don't tell me what I mean. So many British actors are cast in Hollywood as the villain. I'm a bit tired of hearing a British accent come out of the bad guy's mouth.

So I take it you are not a fan of The Empire Strikes Back?
