Forgiveness and change is possible. But first a person has to learn what they believed and said was wrong. Try to learn more and correct their understanding, and then apologise and make amends for the hurt and discrimination they caused others.

It doesn’t matter what people deserve. That’s just how the real world works. You do something fucked up or reflects badly on you, it can cost you your job because they don’t want to be associated with it and lose money. It doesn’t even have to be something bad or political. If you post of Facebook pictures of you smoking weed in a state where it is illegal, you can get fired. It’s all in the contract you sign when you get a job, you literally sign away your ability to fight it in most cases. That’s just how capitalism works.
Kirk was identified as a boy at birth and seemed to maintain that. Wouldn't he have transitioned and/or asked for a new name and pronoun otherwise?
When taken literally, many people go through involuntary celibacy in puberty or beyond cause they don't find a good match (already taken, not their type, wrong orientation, etc.), so the word is not ideal to label a hate group.

The 2009 movie. Winona became pregnant before the timeline split, so if Kirk is a boy in one timeline, he's a boy in both of them.

In the Kelvin timeline only, we aren’t sure about the Prime yet. Sulu was gay in one timeline and straight in the other, this has also been confirmed in the Mirror universe as well. This could be why Prime Kirk looks different than Kelvin Kirk.
It falls apart when you apply any logic to it because as a group it doesn’t make sense to anyone not in the group. They are depressed, but being in that group is the worst way to do deal with it. Depression affects the way you think and the way out is to not get caught in those thought patterns, either by therapy or medication. Incels are surrounding themselves with people telling them that their most depressing thoughts true and there is no way out of it. Eventually this reaches a breaking point and they either hurt themselves or hurt others. It’s a mental health problem in many ways.
Sulu was conceived and born after the timeline split which is why he can be gay in one timeline and straight in another. The same is not true for Kirk.
Maybe that's because your perception of these groups is wrong. There are also black and transgender people in these groups.
