Memory Omega - New Trek Prose and Comics Wiki

Hello, I've been working on the Memory Omega project, and could use a bit of help. I'm composing a single page with the titles of all the TOS novels by Pocket Books. I'd like to try and have it be collapsible to show just the years until a user clicks on that year, then all the releases for that year will appear.
I've seen these 'hide all / show all' lists on other wikis, but can't seem to master the coding. Anyone got any ideas?

I haven't had a ton of time but I've been putting together pages for the DS9R books off and on since the site started. A couple other people having been working on the older TOS books.

Is there a page which explains how to cite sources properly? I much prefer Memory Beta's "(DS9 novel: Fearful Symmetry)" way of citing.

Yes, we've recently changed the citation system to a style akin to that seen on Memory Alpha and Beta. While the previous reference system had its place, for ease of communicating sources, this system worked best.

Is Memory Omega gone? I just tried to go to it through my bookmarks, and it just takes me to Memory Beta.

I've been wondering about that too. All the Memory Omega links on Memory Alpha now link to Memory Beta.

Most Star Trek novel fans probably never knew that it existed, since it never showed up in Google searches for some reason.

No, that's different.
The thing that I find strange is that I'm not getting an error message saying it doesn't exist or something like that, the bookmark is taking me to the Memory Beta homepage, which would mean that someone purposefully set the MO address to redirect there. And when I search Memory Omega on Fandom the only wiki result I get is Memory Beta again.

Maybe @bok2384 has more information about this? They don't seem to visit that frequently, but now that they've been tagged, maybe they'll see this thread next time they come by.

I‘ve heard of at least another instance of Fandom deleting/„merging“ wikias, so maybe MO was seen as superfluous and deleted?

I was wondering if I could get the TrekBBS's help on an article I'm putting together. I'm currently writing an extensive article on Scotty (see here) and I'd like to ask if anyone knows of any Scotty-centric novels or novels that feature Scott in an extensive capacity.
If you intend to include the comics as well, you should definitely consult DC Comics' Star Trek Annual #3. Peter David wrote a great story about Scotty's marriage that borrowed its structure from Harold Pinter's play Betrayal. Terrific art by Curt Swan, too.
