Actually it is a White Castle. Kirk crushes a bag full of sliders after completing the Kobyashi Maru test and rolls to the restroom. After a healty movement he cracks the bowl that causes a rip in the space time fabric. The Romulans notice the shock wave and decide that it is time to take control of the Federation once and for all. Of course this is a rumor and will only be confirmed after the Enterprise with the wings becomes official.

Hell, for the right amount of money, I'd imagine Nike could have their logo replace the ones on their uniforms. You know, Nike Swoosh instead of Starfleet logo re: command, sciences, etc.
