Are these two compatable? Ro appears in both, but I'm not sure if Enemy of my Enemy fits into Ro's backstory from Avatar. Anyone know?

On a side note, I'm really enjoying reading threw alot of old comics on this comic CD-ROM.

Marco made the conscious decision to ignore most pre-Avatar Ro appearances in developing the post-finale Deep Space Nine fiction, and some stories, like The Dominion War duology, are outright contradicted. My guess is that anything pre-2001 that involved Ro and the Maquis, like TDW and Wrath of the Prophets is out. Anything that involved Ro aboard the Enterprise-D (like a good many mid-90s TNG novels) is probably okay; it will likely never be referred to in a future book, but it probably won't be blatantly contradicted, either.

I don't think "The Enemy of My Enemy" is quite compatible with canon, actually. It postulates a fairly large, active Maquis presence after the Dominion-Cardassian alliance, but "Blaze of Glory" established that the Dominion had almost completely exterminated the Maquis and that the only survivors were in hiding.

That's the feeling I got also, Christopher, from a quick glance at it, but I wasn't sure. Still dont' know if it's worth a read or not.

I think "The Enemy of My Enemy" is worth reading. I enjoyed it, but I think of it as taking place in an alternate timeline where more Maquis survived the Dominion raids.
