Actually I would go with Vision. Especially if your going to have Wanda's kids in the movie as the sort of adult character in the movie.
I think Vision's daughter was part of the Young Avengers or Champions. They also had Iron Lad who turned out to be Kid Kang.

Deadpool and Wolverine says "hi".

Great first start. Actually I would even give credit to X-Men 97 as well. I actually feel like their is some actual excitement for the MCU for the first time in awhile which is a good thing. But they do got to still go out and have a few more hits before we can say the MCU has rebounded. I predict Agatha will be good but not get good ratings. I am not sure what to think of the Captain America movie. The trailer looks good but their is lots of behind the scenes drama and the budget was so big so I don't know if it can make a profit. So the glow of the Deadpool movie will not last forever. They got to prove it was a example of what is to come and not just something good because they let Ryan Reynolds do his thing.

The only reason DP and W made money was because they brought Jackman back and put him in costume. That's it

Not really. I mean "Deadpool" alone would have still been a successful movie. Wolverine though is what made it a billion dollars already though.

Finished my Multiverse Movie Marathon. Here's how they stack up
  1. Guardians of the Galaxy vol. 3- Keeps the GotG tradition of mixing the comedic with the tragic and heartfelt.
  2. Black Panther Wakanda Forever- Amazing tribute to Chadwick while moving on. A study in grief and coping with loss. The introduction of Namor and Talokan was well handled. In many ways this is Angela Bassett's film.
  3. The Marvels- All three of the leads were good, but Iman's performance was a joy. The story had many typical MCU beats, but the interaction between the characters, including the Khans and Fury was a highlight.
  4. Doctor Strange and the Multiverse of Madness- This one really lived up to "Multiverse Saga" label. Who didn't get a thrill over seeing variants of Peggy Carter, Mister Fantastic, Professor X, Captain Marvel and Black Bolt? And a few Doctor Stranges as well. The Scarlet Witch made for a power villain with an understandable yet misguided motive. Though as a Wanda fan can't totally love it.
  5. Shang-Chi and the Legend of theTen Rings- A solid entry. More MCU daddy issues. Awkwafina and Ben Kingsley almost steal the show as Katy and Trevor. Lots of good action sequences. Simu Liu is good as Shang-Chi but I do miss "Shaun", ;)
  6. Black Widow - The odd man out of this saga, No aliens, crazy superpowers or fantastic settings. It's a action-adventure espionage thriller with some dysfunctional family dynamics thrown in. Still a good ride. The cast is great and I can see why Harbour and Pugh were tapped for future appearances .
  7. Ant-Man and the Wasp Quantumania- I loved the first two Ant-Man films but this one is a bit of a misfire. Largely due to it's setting. The Quantum Realm was set up in the previous films so it makes sense to address that here. But I found Scott Lang out of place there. I missed the urban setting and his pals at X-Con. Ant-Man is a Heist/Caper franchise. Here it wanted to be Guardians of the Galaxy.
  8. Thor Love and Thunder- They went too broad on the comedy on this one and it became distracting. Crow was way over the top as Zeus. With Hemsworth not far behind, Jane's story tended to get lost in the shuffle.
  9. Eternals- Probably my least favorite MCU film. Wasted concept. Wasted Actors Wasted characters.
Not on the list Spider-Man No Way Home because it's not on Disney+

I totally agree with the top five. I could quibble over the ranking of the others as well but I think you're overall assessment is good. Also, in the bottom four I agree Black Widow is 6th. I would put Quantumania at the bottom with the caveat that I enjoyed all these films.

Spiderman:Far From Home
Guardians of Galaxy Vol 3
Werewolf by Night

Good

Doctor Strange In the Multiverse of Madness
Black Widow movie

Mediocre but decent

Shang-Chi
Black Panther: Wakanda Forever

Bad

Eternals
Thor : Love and Thunder
Ant-Man and Wasp :Quantummania
The Marvels

The only reason DP and W made money was because they brought Jackman back and put him in costume. That's it

????Why did the first two Deadpool movies make money????

This Deadpool movie would have done very very well even if it wasn't a part of the MCU.

Here is how I would list the post Endgame movies

Great

Deadpool and Wolverine

Really Good

Spiderman:Far From Home
Guardians of Galaxy Vol 3
Werewolf by Night

Why include Werewolf and nothing else on Disney+?

Doing a rewatch of the MCU films. A few films into the "Multiverse Saga". First its taken a couple of films just to get to the Multiverse. Black Widow and the Eternals were pretty light on the subject. But who am I to question how Marvel/Disney+ sorts their films? Some Infinity light films in the "Infinity Saga" too. ;)

The post and mid credit scenes are intriguing me. I'm curious as to when and if they will be addressed.
  • The one from Black Widow were addressed in Hawkeye and will follow up no doubt in Thunderbolts*
  • Shang-Chi has the mysterious origins of the Ten Rings and the signal in to space. Plus we have Xu Xialing taking of the the Ten Rings organization. Possibilities of some space born hijinks and some down to earth stuff. (Daredevil?)
  • In The Eternals we meet Eros/Starfox from a different branch of Eternals, who is Thanos' brother. Not sure The Eternals will get a follow up. But it's possible the Guardians and Thor might, so he could be threaded into those. Captain Marvel is also a cosmic character and in the comics Eros was introduced there. We also have Dane Whitman getting the Ebony Blade with Blade off camera issuing a warning. Of course that was a few Blade scripts, directors and actors ago. Not too keen on tying the Ebony Blade and the character Blade together. Seems a stretch.
  • Spider-Man No Way Home feature an appearance by Venom from the Sony-verse who leaves a bit of himself behind. Set up for an MCU Venom, possibly in the next Spider-Man film. Or even Secret Wars.
  • In Doctor Strange ITMOM, Strange meets Clea and heads to the Dark Dimension. So the next Strange film might cover that.
  • Thor: Love and Thunder features Zeus sending Hercules to get vengeance on Thor. Seems like some Secret Wars potential to me.
  • Black Panther Wakanda Forever's scene is somewhat self contained and introduced T'Challa's son. Barring a major time jump he'll be a kid for the foreseeable future.
  • Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantumania. I guess we all know how problematic this one's post credit scenes are.
  • Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3. Self contained for the most part. The line up seen could show up in Secret Wars.
  • The Marvels. Monica winds up in a different universe where her mother is alive and is a hero named Binary who is affiliated with the X-Men of that reality (the FoX-men?) Once again it sounds like setup for Secret Wars.
Of course everything and everyone on this list could be rolled into Secret Wars and Doomsday. :p

I think Clea and Strange has to be followed up in Secret Wars because they specifically linked that scene to 'incursions', therefore it has to be multiverse related. Last I heard DS3 isn't scheduled till after Secret Wars so that would be too late for that follow-up.

Hercules seems the way more likely choice to have been intended for a direct sequel, since that story thread has no built in time limit and it revolves entirely around a personal vendetta against Thor which be an awkward thing to fit into an automatically overstuffed epic like Secret Wars.

I do also think there's a good chance Prince T'Challa ages up by the end of Secret Wars. I'd be shocked if we end that film without some new version of T'Challa to move forward with, so I think either the prince grows up or we get a recast version of his dad from another universe.

How do they follow up with Sersei without following up on Eternals?

Make her an Avenger, just like in the comics.

Surprised to see the Lokis so low, but then again you but Echo at the bottom, too. Can't argue with for Great list, though or the Bad for that matter.

Okay my ranking

Brilliant
WandaVision
Werewolf By Night
Loki 1

Great
Falcon and Winter Soldier
Loki 2
Ms Marvel

Really Good
Echo
Hawkeye
She Hulk

Good
What If...
X-Men '97

Average
Guardians Christmas Special
Moon Knight

Bad
Secret Invasion

I like Moon Knight more than I do She-Hulk and found it eminently watchable even in the slow moments and enjoy Echo more than both. It was more grounded and down-to-earth and organically humorous rather than brimming with over-the-top superheroics and fourth wall-breaking jokes.

That just about corresponds with my opinion as well.
