That's actually a good point. The presence of Kamala allows for a natural naming as oppose to Cassie where they were in constant state of peril.

The movie looks really good. I read that the movie is undergoing major reshoots so I wonder if all the scenes in the trailer will survive the reshoots?
This is definitely something I might consider watching while subscribing to D+ for Andor S2, and I can say that for maybe.

First I've heard about "major reshoots." Are you confusing that with pickups, which are regular occurrences for films?
You mean like in most series fiction ever. So what? We don't just watch stories to find out who lives or dies, we watch them to see how they escape death.
It seems pretty likely that it's after Secret Invasion, since I think Fury's only called back to Earth to deal with the events of SI. I think SI is meant to set up the status quo of this movie, similarly to how WandaVision and Ms. Marvel did.

If that Fury in the Marvels movie is actually Fury though. Wouldn't be the first time a Marvel movie had a fake Fury.

And this is far from the first time io9 has outright gotten something or never heard of something that already existed.
Ms. Marvel was the best Phase 4 project and this is the best teaser trailer they've done in a long time. 
This looks like a lot of fun, I can't wait. I really enjoyed all three of The Marvels' previous appearances, so this was already pretty high on my list, and the trailer just pushed it up even higher.
I've been assuming she'll probably end up going by Photon, since that's been her superhero name in the comics for a while now.
