The Thor set is proving to be the gift that keeps on giving. Turns out the Blue Man Group will be appearing in the movie too. (Will Tobias be with them though?)

They must have pretty good grip-removal software if it can distinguish the blue of the harness and grips from the blue of her jacket.

Yeah, at this point if Marvel wanted a Zac Effron type, they would have no problem getting the man himself.

How does that old Hollywood saying go?
Get me Zac Effron!
Get me a Zac Effron type!
Get me a younger Zac Effron!

Presumably it's all in set in and around New Asgard, which is right by the sea. Indeed, the spot where Odin died is supposedly right around there too; which incidentally is also the last place we saw Myumew...or what was left of it anyway. I mean she has to pick the hammer up at some point for this to work, no?

Hm, good point about Mjolnir. I hadn't thought about that. The one Thor had in Endgame was sent back from when he took it, so all he has now is Stormbreaker and it doesn't have the same worthiness spell.

Various sources are listing McCarthy as playing Fake Hela, not the real Hela. E.g., from [https://screenrant.com/thor-4-fake-hela-mccarthy-blanchett-return-setup/]:

Filming is currently underway for Love and Thunder in Australia. According to set photos, McCarthy has joined the Thor sequel to play Fake Hela. Her scenes will follow in the format of Ragnarok's humorous reenactment sequence featuring Luke Hemsworth, Matt Damon, and Sam Neill playing the roles of Fake Thor, Fake Loki, and Fake Odin, respectively. The trio performed as Asgardian actors recreating the events of past moments in the lives of Odin's two notable sons.

Thank you. It was bugging me, I knew his named seemed similar to someone else's, but I couldn't think who it was.

I think the character is great, but she doesn't have a ton of source material.

I'd love it if they bring back Vincent D'Onofrio, though.

Damn, a spin-off already for a series that won't be released for at least six months (just a ballpark guess)? Marvel is feeling very confident these days!

I know nothing about the character so I can't really comment one way or the other about her.
