I don't know how legitimate that source is, but Taskmaster is a good villain for a Black Widow movie.

I hope Taskmaster doesn't get the Crossbones treatment, he should have been around already working with SHIELD or Hydra, Taskmaster is in major demand as a trainer, he's too valuable to kill or even keep in jail.

I think a good way to introduce Doctor Doom would be to have him be the mastermind of event from several future movies. Perhaps whatever happens in Captain Marvel-2 or Doctor Strange-2 are due to his machinations.

Have him appear in a few post-credit scenes here and there sort of like Thanos was originally introduced. Perhaps even have his scheming be the reason the FF is created/formed. Eventually have him start coming to the attention of the wider MCU heroes and such. After a clash with the newly formed FF, perhaps he could put together a villein team to take on the Avengers.

That's exactly the kind of thing I meant when I was talking about him being the new big bad after Thanos.

Somebody like Doom doesn't have to be relegated to post-credits scenes. He has been as much of an anti-hero as a villain and would work well in cameos in movies where he is not the main villain.

I agree, the only small problem I see is Doom would have tried to stop Thanos himself. He might have been able to, he would have gone for the head.

I'm kind of surprised it's taken her this long to potentially do a superhero movie.

Kevin Feige expected to confirm a Fantastic Four movie for 2021 at some point on Tuesday.

I was rewatching Spider-Man Homecoming with my brother last week and it made me wonder would the sale of Avengers Tower by Tony relate to a Fantastic Four movie.

That's been the general fan speculation for awhile. I would love to see that come to fruition.

After Thanos, the MCU needs to take a long break from the "This one has EVERYTHING! Its the BIGGEST EVER!!" scripts and explore more earth-bound, personal stories. Captain America: The Winter Soldier was that kind of film, taking a very different direction following The Avengers, and was a serious film that was arguably the finest moment of the MCU, while building on/up the MCU. That is a road that needs to be traveled again, instead of another form of Infinity War.

Spiderman: Far From Home is looking to go that direction; yes there's Fury but it's gonna be fairly standalone, looks like.
