It looks lit up to me at one point.
Not during the whole fight I believe.
Seems like a good thing to me. Making things too highly polished makes them look like fakey CGI.

Not unusual in trailers, which often use rougher, less complete renders than the final film.

You make two excellent points Christopher.

I liked the trailer for the most part. I really hope they save their earth. A lot of people think they won't and will go to the 616 earth. Their earth looks cool. I wouldnt mind seeing a few movies in their earth and universe.

I'm still not sold on the title - I think it should have been called "Fantastic Four: First Family", emphasizing they were Marvel's first modern super hero team.

Thunderbolts* "Something Wrong" clip, which is the scene with the jump off the building.

For me the "Watch on Youtube" in the bottom corner turns this text into "Mething Wrong" which would be interesting.

Like the actor but didn't really like anything from that movie. Sometimes I think I am one of the few people actually liked those first two movies. Not only was Evans great but I also really like Micheal Chikilis as The Thing and the combination of Doug Jones and Laurence Fishburne made for a good Silver Surfer in the second movie.
I also liked the first 2 movies. I was reading the FF comic back then and thought the actors really captured the family feel. And Chiklis was amazing!

I thought he was good as well. Seems his career died after these movies though. He was in Nip Tuck and I guess nothing else, ever again.

One problem with that idea is if they are Earth's only defenders, don't they leave it defenseless if they all go explore the Multi-verse? Which I think would be a issue right after just dealing with the biggest threat yet in Galaticus.
They definitely could be the only superheros in the 1960s of the MCU. In MCU 1960, Steve Rodgers is still frozen, and the Captain Americas of the 1950s are retired or in jail. Ant Man didn't show up until the MCU 70s and all his stuff was kept top secret anyway.

If there's a time jump at some point in the film; it could also be that whatever the FF did to counter Galactus, it could have resulted in the FF and the Galactus events were erased from everyone's memories on the Earth at that time.

But this isn't Marvel earth. This is a different universe where there are not other heroes other than the FF.
The tv series Loki and the movie Deadpool vs Wolverine have already established the multiverse.

Thats the comic books. This movie might not be following any of that. It might follow some. Who knows.

In the comics J Jonah Jameson convinced everyone galactus was a hoax in the first encounter. 😂

Are you certain it isn't MCU Earth of the 60s?

If it was the MCU 60's then Phil Coulson probably would have their superhero cards in the first "Avengers" movie. From what I take it seems Cap was the first real Superhero in the universe then Isiah Bradley was a new Cap for a second before the government turned on him. . Ant Man as Hank Pym and Wasp his wife were heroes in the 80's I believe. Captain Marvel was one for like one adventure in the 90's before heading off into space and that was the last time the world had a hero like that until Iron Man. If the Fantastic Four were in the MCU I think we would have heard about them already.

Makes me wonder if they will pull a Crisis On Infinite Earth and smoosh not only worlds but timelines together and the FF will be part of the New Sacred Timeline.

I just saw him the other night in The Residence, playing the Australian Prime Minister. Which is ironic, as his real life father was an Australian Prime Minister!
Remember when the tabloids seemed convinced that he was going to be Pierce Brosnan’s successor as James Bond? He would probably have been fine in a Brosnan style but you have to wonder what the point would’ve been.
