also.. its 2025 and we're having the best woman competition on here. Are they getting measured for poise, technobabble, phaser accuracy and public speaking? I judged the Miss Crystalline Entity 2424 pageant, and it's getting hard to find sponsors for these things.

Of the list provided I would have to go with Kira as the best. Such a complicated rich character and Nana Visitor did a great job with her. I also loved Seven, and her character growth both in Voyager and Picard. Ro is up there too. But yeah, you forgot Uhura.

Technobabble? Really? Any capable actress can say ''gaseous anomalies''. Will we next award Geordi LaForge for beginning every tenth sentence with ''if we can?''

I realize now why I never bought VOYAGER or DS9 boxed sets.,,,,,and also why I never should have bought Dean Martin in AIRPORT. He's the godfather of technobabble.

DS9 really cut back on the technobabble compared to TNG (later seasons) and Voyager. It honestly did not have that much most of the time.
