I would say the sentence beginning with "The stories in [book title]" makes it very clear that it is an anthology of sorts. Probably in the vein of "The Story of Martha".

I was thinking more Tales of Trenzalore. (TBH, I completely forgot about The Story of Martha.)

So, based on the fact it's listed as "Hardcover" and the price, I assume this is going to be an "adult" hardcover?

EDIT: After just looking this up on Amazon, they have a page count of 224, making it shorter than a typical NSA. They also have "Various" written in the author spot, suggesting it is indeed an anthology. And at that length, probably something similar to Tales of Trenzalore, which I believe the print edition totaled at about 200 pages.

I picked it up the day after Christmas, but thanks to deadlines I've yet to start it.

On a similar note, a similar River Song anthology for next summer has been announced.
