Lost 2.0

I don't know if this has been mentioned before, but I was just watching the Lost special on G4 (which by the way is very interesting) and noticed that they are going to start showing episodes of Lost 2.0 style in September. They are starting from the very beginning.

This sounds like something that could potentially be a lot of fun to watch. I'll be trying to tune in. Anyone else?

G4's "2.0" style apparently includes "interactive elements" and "factoids" displayed on screen during the episodes. The network currently airs Star Trek Classic in this manner. I'd rather just have the show itself, so count me out on this nonsense.

Hmmm...sounds like ABC's "enhanced" episodes which I didn't care for.

No, very different than the Enhanced ones if they also include the comments from fans like they did for Star Trek 2.0. I don't think I made it through even one episode with all that nonsense.

And just think of all the rap culture commercials using the Lost dolls we'll be in for.

I already have all the seasons that are out, and have been watching them. The bonus disks in those have way more info and insight in the show that the 'enhanced' shows.

Trek 2.0 was completely unwatchable as the screen was so cluttered. Stick with them DVDs!

Glad I have my DVDs and the TrekBBS. I can't focus on the 2.0 stuff.

I saw the end of that special and I also agree that the 2.0 format was largely annoying... I did kind of like the counting things that happened in the episodes, you could have a field day w/that on Lost!
