I prefer Production Order, but I'm watching on CBS All Access, so it's Airdate Order. When Kirk says "Space, the final frontier...", in the opening credits, it sounds strange for the some reason. Echo-y and distant.

TNG “The Inner Light”. This episode is just beautiful, and one of the very best episodes of any series. It’s a great premise but where it really comes alive is in Peter Allan Fields’ superb script and the wonderful, warm and open-hearted performances of the entire cast. It’s amazing how much you care about Picard’s alternate life and the people in it. The warmth and love between them is just palpable.
TOS The Turnabout Intruder. This being the last filmed TOS episode and highly discussed on this forum, I focused on the acting performances of all the actors. I thought everyone did a fine job, in fact, good performances especially by Shatner, Nimoy and Doohan. I liked that it was Scotty who saw the truth to back Spock and then proposed to take over the ship. To think, it was Dr. McCoy who was being the logical one in the episode. 
I also liked that the bridge officers (Sulu, Chekov and Lysa), lead by Sulu now second in command, would not follow any of Kirk's orders which ultimately lead to weakening the transference. High drama for all characters except for the disloyal Nurse Chapel who followed Dr. Coleman's orders over Dr. McCoy's. 
I tried to read the wall labels and the set production crew did a great job. Astro-Medical Isolation Ward on Deck 5 where Lester was hospitalized. Hearing room and the Officers Quarters on Deck 6. The Security Holding Cell on Deck 3. Lots of signs everywhere even though I couldn't read them all. Nice.

I note that the characters say that Control needs the sphere knowledge to become sentient, which seems very illogical.
Sentience requires that the brain have sufficiently advanced hardware and software, not on how much information is in the memory banks.. Acquiring more information will not make Control sentient.
And if Control is not already sentient, why does it want and desire to become sentient, or have any other goals and purposes?
I never knew they were the same actress until I read your post.

TOS “The Galileo Seven”. This episode always kind of bugged me, and not just because of the ridiculous oversized ‘arrows’ clattering against the set floor courtesy of off-camera stage hands. The amount of insubordination and heckling Spock receives while in command was utterly unprofessional and bordered on bullying. Spock really needed to slap down Boma and Bones. Whereas TNG struggled with its lack of interpersonal conflict among the crew, TOS often overdid it.
DS9 The Visitor -(getting tissues ready)
TNG “Time’s Arrow”... uneven and daft but fun. The first part seemed overly padded whereas the second part was overloaded trying to wrap up countless loose ends. It had some great moments though, including Mrs Carmichael and seeing the cast have such fun in their 19th century getup. Nice to get a little insight into the Picard/Guinan relationship and Mark Twain was fun if overplayed.
“Realm of Fear”...I didn’t enjoy this one at all. Barclay’s appearances were a case of diminishing returns IMO and this one is saddled with an extremely dull and tedious technobabble plot.

And TOS on Heroes & Icons, "The Man Trap" on May 8 and "Charlie X" on May 10.
In "Charlie X" the Thasian at the end says: " I have taken my form centuries ago, so that I may communicate with you." That is different from what he transcript says:

"The Naked Time" (TOS)
S3 E 09 of Enterprise, "Twilight".
As they went through the Xindi arc this wasn't one of the worst but certainly wasn't one of the strongest episodes in my opinion. You can certainly tell it was a filler as it explored the classic Trek alternate timeline/what if scenario.
And whoever told Malcom to sport that damn goatee was on crack. It was terrible.
