TOS: The Deadly Years, streamed on Netflix.
Ok, so I saw Bill Shatner about five weeks ago at an event, and I can honestly say that he is still in remarkable condition for an 87-year old man, certainly healthier and more energetic than I am at 52.
The 50- and 60-something Kirk in this episode was in much worse shape, forgetting orders, arthritic, hobbling around .. it was sad to see him lose both his command and his friendship with Spock.
As for Commodore Stocker, he meant well enough and his heart was in the right place, but how does someone rise to that rank with no real grasp of ship command whatsoever? I’m sure Sulu could have managed to get Enterprise to Starbase 10 in one piece, without violating the neutral zone and almost getting everyone killed.

Enterprise - Unexpected
TNG-Half A Life. I used to disliked this episode because it was a "emotional issue" episode but I've come to enjoy it. Very strong guest performance by David Ogden Stiers. Star Trek episodes need strong guest roles otherwise you can't explore anything alien or rely on anything more than the ensemble's backstories.

You'd think that considering how familiar Trip is with the Enterprise and it's insides that he'd recognize the debris as not coming from Enterprise. Regardless of the panel with NX-01 on it.

I imagine many viewers of the ep felt compelled to either side with Bashir and his desire stay with the Jem'hadar to find a cure for their addiction; or to side with O'Brien -- screw the Jem'hadar and get the heck out of there.
