List Only! Last Star Trek Episode You Watched

Defiant's crew supposedly "killed each other", but the mathematics of this seem a bit sketchy. At the very end of the massacre, wouldn't there be one last member of the crew that was still alive, and if not, how did that last crew member die?

Suicide? Either guilt-induced or insanity-induced. Or maybe someone delivered a fatal blow to that person before dying which took longer to kill them.

TOS: Court Martial, streamed on Netflix.

For someone that was supposed to be such a great lawyer, Cogley really didn't do much of anything. It was Spock that discovered that the ship's computer had been tampered with, Cogley had literally given up at that point.

Spock lists three and only three members of Enterprise's crew that had the ability to alter the bridge security cam footage: himself, Finney, and Kirk. I'm pretty sure that Scotty should have been on that list, along with at least a few of the techs in the IT department.

Also, one to the fourth power. Still makes me cringe.

DSC-"Context is for Kings."

Love that title, btw.

Is it an original quote, or is Lorca paraphrasing someone?

He's trying to get Kirk off based upon legal maneuvering. He's a lawyer, not a computer technician. And barely getting started.

Cogley declined to cross examine any of the prosecution's witnesses. He later tries to convince Kirk to change his plea to guilty, then basically throws in the towel by resting his case, having presented nothing of any value in court except for Kirk's "I didn't do it" speech. Spock's last-minute discovery of the computer problem is what saved Kirk, not anything that Cogley did.

Kirk needed a Johnnie Cochran, or maybe he should have just had Spock represent him.
