List Only! Last Star Trek Episode You Watched

VOY "The Void"
VOY "Workforce, Pt 1"
Neelix's mysterious ship makes another appearance. How can a ship that large and that can barely fit through the shuttlebay doors seem to disappear once inside. Voyager must be using TARDIS technology.
Only ten episodes left and one week until my cable goes down. AT&T rewarded my cancellation by raising my rates an extra $30 per month. Ass-monkeys.

Emissary (DS9) - I had bad memories of this one from first run, but I've watched it a couple of times recently and I think it's now my favourite pilot. It reflects the tone of the show that follows better than any of them, the characters seem far more real and developed, the actors seem already comfortable in their roles, and Avery Brooks is just wonderful. It's a story about the thrill of discovering the unknown, combined with a personal story about being stuck in the past and letting tragedy define your future. A joy to rewatch.

VOY "Workforce, Pt 2"
Everyone got cured just a little too easily. Fun to see Ralph Mouth from "Happy Days" as a baddy.
VOY "Human Error"
Nice to see Seven get her own quarters and decent clothes. Even if it was just a holodeck sim. She should have picked someone other than Chuckles. I wonder if Seven in her tight red dress was the inspiration for the hot blonde Cylon in nuBSG.

VOY - Fair Trade

The Space Hyæna is caught at a particularly vulnerable time, where he allows himself to be suckered into doing something that he knows is wrong, at the urging of a questionable associate.

It's pretty stupid, really ... the whole thing. But that's Neelix, for you.

Duet (DS9) - it's been said enough in this thread already, but this is Star Trek at it's strongest. This is a bottle show that is largely a guy in a cell, and yet it is one of the most powerful episodes Trek has ever done. Nana Visitor does really well but the stage is stolen by guest Harris Yulin.
DS9 excels at this type of episode, focusing on the personal drama of one character - The Visitor and In the Pale Moonlight follow a similar pattern with no B story and heavy focus on one actor to carry it.

VOY "Q2"
VOY "Author, Author" Some interesting bits to this. Lt Torres without her makeup as Lt Tory. Seven with red hair. And what 's better than one Seven of Nine. Three of them.
And since Reg referred to Dr Zimmerman in the past tense. Can we assume he died?

VOY "Friendship One" Crap
VOY "Natural Law"
Seven trips and falls and looses her tricorder? Not buying it.
Plus when they beamed out of the crashing shuttle the box they brought along should have held a medikit and at least some ration packs. Jeeze.
Plus two more tonight:
VOY "Homestead"
Somewhere Kess's head is spinning around. Neelix is such a pushover.
vOY "Renaissance Man"
Apparently Voyager's security protocols are about as tight as the US State Department's

TOS: Balance of Terror, streamed on Netflix.

KIRK: Captain. Standing by to beam your survivors aboard our ship. Prepare to abandon your vessel.
COMMANDER: No. No, that is not our way. I regret that we meet in this way. You and I are of a kind. In a different reality, I could have called you friend.
KIRK: What purpose will it serve to die?
COMMANDER: We are creatures of duty, Captain. I have lived my life by it. Just one more duty to perform.

Still and always, one of the best.

The Conscience of the King (TOS Blu-ray). This episode always reminds me of a beloved cousin of mine, who not only is a retired English teacher but also has the same last name as the captain of the Astral Queen, Daily.
