List Only! Last Star Trek Episode You Watched

Deep Space Nine "Let He Who Is Without Sin..." (underwhelming), "Doctor Bashir, I Presume" (good) and "Children of Time" (OK)

TNG's Qpid. Kind of lame in my eyes. If I wanted to see Robin Hood, I'd watch the Disney animated version. Or Men in Tights.

Starting a TNG rewatch. Skipped S1. The Child, Where Silence Has Lease, and Elementary Dear Data were a lot better than I remember. Of them I think The Child was the weakest due to the B-story being almost more interesting than the A-story. But even then it was still good TV.

"The Way to Eden" - TOS

Oh boy. WTF was that.

At least I'm almost finished TOS. Season 3 has kind of turned into a chore to watch, so I'm happy to move on from it.

Continuing the rewatch, but skipping some terrible episodes.

In the last few days I've managed to watch: Loud as a Whisper, The Schizoid Man, Unnatural Selection, A Matter of Honor, The Measure of a Man, Contagion, and Time Squared.

Some really good episodes in there, including one of the best Trek episodes ever: Measure of a Man. To me, that's one of the pinnacles of "idea-based" Trek storytelling that I love so much. Not a punch was thrown, not a phaser fired, nor a 'splosion in sight, yet it's a gripping 45-minutes of drama. Damn, if only they could make Trek like that again.
