Operation--Annihilate! (TOS Blu-ray). I guess they had trouble coming up with a clever title.

It doesn't make sense that Minuet got deleted.

She wasn't deleted, but when the Binars program/database was downloaded to their planet, that influence was gone.
Errand of Mercy (TOS Blu-ray).
Watched Mirror, Mirror with a few of my friends who have never seen an episode of Star Trek. They liked it! 
I'm always talking about ST so they were like ok lets see what all this fuzz is about and check it out. we were pretty drunk and high at this point and everyone was in a good mood, what better time to introduce your friends to ST.
Mirror, Mirror might not be the best episode for first time viewers because they don't know the characters and how different they are from their alternates. Still, good writing triumphs all and they liked it. Even laughing their asses off at the excellent McCoy/Spock/Kirk banter to close the show

Meridian - DS9. It's a stinker :P The romance is badly done and the sci-fi stuff is pretty bad too. It's not believable Jadzia would do that
Watched Phage and The Cloud from Voyager. Not that great. Watching these first few episodes of VOY has been a little rough lol. I hope it gets better. I like Neelix and Kes and The Doctor but that's about it.
But still, it's some new Star Trek (for me) so it's all good. I'm still enjoying it, just not as much as TOS, TNG, DS9, STC (haven't seen ENT yet).
