Waking Moments (VOY) I always really enjoy this episode and I love the alien's design
Not an episode per se, but The Voyage Home was the last Trek story I watched.
VOY Before and after
If Will Riker had a captain like Janeway, he'd be busted to crewman by now, or else in the brig. And if Harry had had Picard, he'd be a lieutenant.
I saw "Hollow Pursuits" and "Homefront" while visiting my parents, and streamed "Resolutions" today. So much good Trek out there.

Started up Tinker, Tenor, Doctor, Spy. Pairs nicely with Hollow Pursuits, actually.
Prey (VOY S4E16). Tony Todd, Hirogen, Species 8472, Seven and Janeway having a big bust-up. There's an odd lack of tension, of anything much being at stake given the circumstances but I think that's a problem inherent in Voyager in a lot of ways. Never quite conveys the danger in which they're supposed to be. Oh well, still a good episode.
VOY Real life
That's a heart breaking one. I have a daughter and have a hard time getting through that one. I'm not prone to tears usually but that one is tough
It does have one of my favorite Tom Paris moments when he talks the Doctor into seeing things through.DS9: The Siege of AR-558. I always liked that episode. One of the few episodes to show us the true Hell (and grind) that war is.
